Kurt provides operational excellence and best-of-class technical experience, with an in-depth understanding of industry stakeholders in Global and Emerging Markets. He draws his experience from eight years as an Operations Division Supervisor with United Parcel Service and more than fifteen years experience in management, complex sales development and implementation at AT&T. As a Client Business Manager in the Enterprise segment of AT&T, Kurt’s customer and client-facing skills were honed. The prerequisites of this role were a strong technical background, an understanding of all AT&T’s products and services, and an ability to implement his client’s strategies through collaboration with IT and Executive Management Teams. Kurt drives revenue through his ability to seamlessly manage fast-paced demands that ever-changing technology and process necessitate. Under his leadership, Vista Tech Solutions continues to secure quality-driven successes and has enjoyed a steady growth rate. Kurt has positioned Vista Tech Solutions with the distinction of being an AT&T Bronze Level Solution Provider since 2017.
Kiersten Stein – West Coast

A 35-year, strategic solutions veteran whose passion runs deep for prototyping and taking technological models to the next level. Kiersten owned and operated a full-service design, marketing and multimedia agency for more than 20 years with past clients such as TimeLife, Standard Microsystems, Schein Pharmaceutical, Pall Corp., Dell, and Epson. As an Executive V.P., V.P. of Marketing for an international firm, she was focused on custom products spanning diverse industries and countries within the music and packaging industry. Kiersten also co-founded a full-service event company, an international mentoring program, and was a Channel Art Director in a high-tech publishing firm. Kiersten’s operational and entrepreneurial experience, with a degree in Business Information Systems and a focus on international management, allowed for an easy transition into the role of Operations Director and the navigation of industry systems and products.
Lance Powell – Mid West

Lance takes pride in his diverse skill sets acquired through his experiences in the retail, medical, and technology markets. While at Sears Holdings, Lance brought in the highest sales volume of any sales consultant in his region, two years in a row. At Bako Integrated Physician Solutions, Lance managed the Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi territories and served as the liaison between the Pathology Lab, Dermatologists, and Podiatrists. For more than five years at AT&T, he held various technical and direct roles concerning customer interaction, from managing multi-million dollar accounts to product specialization. Lance was awarded numerous merits and exceeded his business goals year-over-year. Through these involvements, Lance has distinguished himself with the ability to manage, engage, and strengthen relationships with customers and his peers.
Beau Hernandez – East Coast

Beau’s background is in Finance and his experience spans resource and personnel management, customer care and support. He has been a registered representative of The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and has held a Series 7 license (general securities representative (GS) license) and has been a Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent Licensed Financial Consultant. Beau has consistently placed in the top 5% of Top Producers Tier, out of 1000 Reps, during his years with Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services. He has also been involved in the sale of several successful IPOs such as, WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), Krispy Kreme, and Cleveland Indians.
Vivian Smith – Midwest/Great Lakes Region

Vivian has worked in telecommunications for more than 17 years. As a LEAN Coach for IBM she managed complex initiatives in business process and improvement techniques; she participated in the organization’s Pilot Prep-TLDP program and was engaged in a wide-range of finance and business analysis, supporting strategic IP services for the AT&T sales team during its transition to IBM. Prior to IBM, Vivian was a Client Support Specialist for AT&T, supporting global business clients as a customer advocate in pre- and post-sales organizations.
Dale Mazet – East Coast

Dale is a seasoned telecommunications specialist from AT&T, with an expertise in domestic and global wireline products. For more than two decades, Dale has focused on cultivating sales and strategic relationships; she strives to provide the best competitive solutions for our clients and has a solid foothold on ordering, project and contract management, billing support, process training, and product knowledge. As a Solution Provider, Dale offers more than fifteen years experience. Her past position at Alliant Technologies, NJ, dba TENFOUR, coupled with her role at Vista Tech Solutions, brings forward a strong scope in Emerging Business Markets and meeting the demands of servicing Fortune 500 companies. Firms like Wakefern Food Corporation and Dean Foods (with over 300 locations each), benefited from the experience and dedication that Dale brings to the table.
