She held numerous positions in AT&T as an Account Executive for AT&T Acquisition Sales Hunter Primary Business Accounts and for local services as part of the first sales team in Kansas City to begin selling local access to AT&T customers after the acquisition of Teleport Communications. She provided sales support and training for AT&T as an Onboard Trainer and Support Liaison for new hires, and as an AT&T Alliance Channel Technical Support Manager for Voice and Data Services, she managed a post-sales team responsible for expedite and escalations to assist in missed, critical events as well as the initiation of customer non-standard deliveries. Christine’s skill sets have also been honed in process management as a Lead Project Manager of Network Services and an Operations Manager for an AT&T Solution Provider back office.
