In 2017, I was challenged with the goal of achieving 100% in NSR results for the entire year. I had achieved this in the past with AT&T, but never with a quota of $9k/month or $100k+, over the course of the year. In order to meet my goal, I needed to align myself with the right strategic partners who cared about hitting my goals just as much as I did. Vista Tech was that partner! Bringing in Vista Tech to my module was an excellent decision and I am now able to say that I have officially achieved my goal of over 100% YTD in 2017 NSR, with Vista Tech being a large reason for that. Their technical expertise, determination, and “never give up” attitude has helped us win some nice size opportunities in 2017, which added up to over $50k in new monthly sales. In addition, their willingness to take on new customers and opportunities only strengthened my opportunity to achieve over 100% in NSR for 2018. Kurt, Lance, Christine, and Kiersten managed the entire opportunity from start to finish. Kurt and Lance brought excellent sales and technical backgrounds to the table, all while Kiersten worked contracting/ordering, and Christine liaisoned with the customer and project managed. I wanted to give a Big “Shout Out” to Vista Tech and most notably, Kiersten, for the work done on one of my financial customers. We were challenged every step of the way for both the Canada VPN circuit and the MOW IP Flex, but Kiersten never stopped working towards delivering what the customer ordered. Six months’ worth of redoing orders and keeping our customer’s best interest always at the forefront, even when we wanted to yell “Uncle,” was quite amazing. The number of nights Kiersten talked me off the ledge after receiving news that was less than optimal was countless.
The Bank by far was my biggest Strategic Services and top 10 CRU biller, so Vista’s ability to deliver had been critical to retaining and ultimately growing and keeping our relationship solid. Not only did they work through all the challenges with Canada, but also project-managed two major AVPN orders during this time. Their Partnership with the direct team, and their focus, on not cutting corners, is the type of behavior that helps us delight our customers. I know firsthand the value Vista brings to us and our customers and I am just so grateful to be in a position to work with Kurt, and his entire team each and every day.
